We’re a small, senior team in Nepal that designs, ships, and grows digital products for clients on three continents. We do good work, on time, with the receipts to prove it.
How we started
Zettar Tech began with a simple frustration: too many businesses were paying three different agencies for design, development, and marketing — and getting friction at every hand-off.
We started with one thesis: a senior, full-stack team that owns the whole journey — from the first wireframe to the thousandth customer — produces faster, better, and more accountable results.
That thesis still runs the company. We’ve grown from two engineers in Kathmandu to a multidisciplinary team serving startups and growing brands across Nepal, India, the UK, the US, Australia, and the UAE.
Three principles that run our work.
1. Outcomes over outputs
A pretty website that doesn’t convert is a failed project. Every deliverable ties to a measurable goal — traffic, revenue, retention, or speed-to-launch.
2. Honesty by default
We tell clients what’s working and what isn’t. We don’t hide behind dashboards or vanity metrics. If a recommended approach won’t work for your business, we’ll say so before we start.
3. Senior people, every project
Junior staff learn and contribute, but senior engineers and strategists own outcomes. You don’t pay senior rates to be passed off to interns.
